Shipping Policy - Kiki's Leaf Lab

Effective Date: September 3, 2026

Orders for live plants and corms are shipped only on Monday's. So your plants won't sit over the weekend in a processing facility (Hopefully). 

We do not ship live plants and corms to: California, Arizona, Florida, Hawai'i or internationally. If an order happens to slip through, it will be promptly refunded and we will E-Mail you.

All other products can be shipped to all 50 states. At this time we do not offer international shipping on the website. If you are an international customer and would like to place an order, please contact us.

All plants are packaged securely using materials to stabilize the plant, reduce movement and protect it during transit. Insulation, heat packs, or cold packs are added as needed at for additional cost.

We monitor temperatures at our Utah greenhouse and at your destination. If conditions pose a risk to live plants, we hold shipments temporarily until it is safe to ship. In the case of a hold you will be notified immediately.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, if you have a strict preference, please contact us before placing your order.

We will not ship to PO Boxes due to transit delays and carrier restrictions.

Kiki's Leaf Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will provide you with a valid tracking number once your order ships. 

Most orders are ready to ship within 7 business days. With that being said...

3-D printed items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to complete depending on previous orders in front of yours & order sizes. We make every possible effort to have orders in and out within a reasonable amount of time and will keep in contact with you as the process moves along. So please keep an eye on your E-Mail. 

If you're placing an order for custom items that use logos or special size or color requests these items take time to design & we will always send files for your approval before printing, another good reason to keep on top of your messages. It helps speed along the process. *Thank you*

The current shipping rates are as follows:

Flat Rate on orders under $200 USD is $15

Orders over $200 USD ship free of charge

We will assist with tracking and communication if your shipment is delayed, but carrier delays are outside our control.

If your plant arrives damaged, contact Kiki within 6 hours with clear photos of:

• the plant
• the box
• the packing slip

We will review the submitted information and make a decision on the next steps. Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections (bent stems, bruised leaves, etc.) may occur and are not considered damage.

Kiki's Leaf Lab may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
