Return and Refund Policy

Effective: September 3, 2026

We take great pride in our products that are shipped from our greenhouse to you.  While it's unlikely you'll ever experience an issue with your products, we will make things right if you work with us.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us...

-All sales are final once they leave our facility.

-Orders may be canceled only before a shipping label is issued for your order. Once the label is issued, your order has basically shipped and left our facility or will in the next 12-14 business hours.

- We are only able to honor claims due to cold weather damage if you purchased Winter insurance for your order.

-We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds.
